Keep three units apart

A bottle’s fluid capacity measures volume. Powder grams measure mass; protein grams describe a nutrient amount in a serving. No single conversion turns a full shaker into a known mass of powder without the necessary product-specific measurement.

Do not infer density

We do not convert a scoop’s milliliters into grams using a universal density. Powder formulation and packing can differ. Use the exact label and its measuring instructions rather than a generic shaker photograph.

No preparation prescription

Follow the product’s actual directions and appropriate individual advice. Our tools compare purchasing quantities; they do not recommend a drink concentration, a mixing recipe or a personal intake schedule.

A practical record to keep

Do not use the number printed on a shaker as the denominator for container servings. That number is normally a volume marking for the vessel, not the powder’s mass per label serving. If a measuring aid is missing, ask the product maker for the exact replacement or directions. Neither an empty scoop in our illustration nor a generic online scoop has been calibrated for a selected product.

Before you decide

  • Keep the exact selected label and variant
  • Separate observed facts from your assumptions
  • Refresh current product and checkout information
