Identify the claim
A merchant may describe muscle support, recovery or another outcome. Keep that statement attributed and distinguish it from a verified count, net mass or dated price. This site does not conduct performance trials.
Read broader evidence
NIH ODS discusses evidence and uncertainty for sports supplements and advises discussing use with a healthcare professional. Evidence for one ingredient, dose or studied group cannot be assumed to establish a result for every mixed product or person.
Keep the tool modest
Our calculations use label amounts and your stock assumptions. They do not recommend intake by body weight, calculate a medical need, prescribe timing or promise muscle, weight-loss or athletic outcomes.
A practical record to keep
A clinical or sports study has a population, intervention, comparison and outcome; a retail price table has none of those measurement conditions. The two should not be presented as interchangeable evidence. We keep statements about possible benefits outside the purchase calculators and do not give a product an efficacy score from its protein concentration or serving price.
Before you decide
- Keep the exact selected label and variant
- Separate observed facts from your assumptions
- Refresh current product and checkout information
